Which products come as refills?
Hand wash, hand balm, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner — all enriched with Dead Sea minerals. Bottles are 500 ml; refills come in 1 L and 5 L packs.
What is the difference between the Regular line and the Refill Line?
The Regular line is a recycled-plastic bottle for showers, gyms and changing rooms. The Refill Line is glass — amber or frosted at the basin, frosted transparent in the shower — for guest rooms, spas and restaurants. Both use the same black pump, and each line has its own anti-theft bracket.
How do I order Refill Line brackets?
Refill Line brackets come as single or double and are made to order — they are not sold online. Tell us how many you need through the business form and we will send a quote.
Which bracket is in the online shop?
The bracket in our online shop is the Regular line bracket (single, double or triple). The Refill Line glass bottles use their own bracket.
How does the anti-theft lock work?
Every bracket is anti-theft. The bottle locks into the bracket and is released only with a key, which stays with housekeeping — so bottles stay on the wall.
Can the bottles match our interior?
Yes. The Refill Line comes in amber or frosted glass for the basin, so you can pick the finish that suits the bathroom or restaurant. For your own colour and logo, ask about Resin.
Can we mix lines in one property?
Yes — many venues use the Regular line in showers and changing rooms and the Refill Line at the basins. Every line uses the same pump.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes. We supply hotels, restaurants and gyms across the UAE and GCC, and ship worldwide.
