Delivery Times

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UAE time) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch:

  • Dubai: 1–2 working days

  • Rest of the UAE: 2–4 working days

  • GCC countries: 4–7 working days

  • International: 4–10 working days (depending on destination)

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
